A sample 10 weeks of the group class

Weeks alternate between a new topic and games that put it into practice.

    How to checkmate with only a king and queen, plus common checkmating patterns.

    Games

    Games against a stronger or a weaker opponent, to learn how to play each.

    Planning

    Why a plan matters in the middlegame, and how to make one.

  8. Week 8

    Games

    Games to apply what they’ve learnt.

  9. Week 9

    More tactics

    More advanced tactics, and puzzles where those tactics have to be used.
